1. Personal Data Collected and Collection Method
For service provision, continuity and quality we collect: identity (name, ID, birth date/place), contact (address, phone, email), financial (bank, card, invoice), and transaction data (products, support requests). Data is collected via website, customer panel, call centre, email and contracts.

Data controllers must keep personal data accurate and up to date. You declare the accuracy of data you provide and undertake to update changes. BalHost is not liable for issues arising from outdated information.
5. Retention and Destruction
Your data is retained for 10 years after contract termination as required by law. If no claim is brought within that period, data is destroyed within 180 days. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised by secure methods in line with the law.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: learn whether your data is processed; request information; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know third parties to whom data is transferred; request correction; request deletion under the law; request that third parties be informed of correction/deletion; object to automated analysis; claim compensation for damage from unlawful processing.
7. How to Exercise Your Rights
You may apply in writing (post or in person), by email (destek@balhost.net.tr), or with a secure electronic signature. Applications are answered within 30 days at the latest.
8. Security Measures
BalHost takes technical and organisational measures: access control, SSL encryption, firewall and intrusion detection, regular audits and backups, staff training, and access authorisation and logging.
