BalHost may update the terms when necessary. The latest version on balhost.net.tr is binding.

• You are responsible for providing accurate information (email, ID, name, phone, date of birth).
• ID verification is performed via the official system.

Registration requires sharing identity information. BalHost does not share this data and stores it on secure servers in Turkey in line with data protection law.

• Virtual and dedicated server services are generally unmetered unless stated otherwise.
• BalHost reserves the right to limit usage in case of abuse or impact on infrastructure.

• You are responsible for files and software you use on the service.
• Malicious use (mining, torrent abuse, viruses, pirated software) is not permitted.

Rules

• Sustained 100% CPU usage is not allowed. Mining, DDoS, and continuous high upload/download (e.g. torrent) are prohibited.

Unless a full backup package is purchased, you are responsible for backups. BalHost is not liable for data loss but will assist where possible.

Cancellation must be requested via the customer panel or support ticket.

Technical support is provided for BalHost services. Support does not cover software you install on the server.

BalHost may change prices; no extra charge applies until the end of your current billing period.

Invoices are issued one week before the period end. After the due date, a 7-day grace period applies; then the service is suspended and data may be removed.

Virtual Server

Refund may be requested within 7 days; 70% of the amount paid (excl. VAT) is refunded if approved.

Domain and Dedicated Server

No refund.

• Abuse, attacks, proxy use, excessive CPU, mining, spam

Domain names registered through BalHost cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Content that infringes trademarks or copyright may be blocked by BalHost.

Illegal content, piracy, child abuse material, IRC bots, proxy scripts, brute force, spam, HYIP, gambling, bitcoin miners, PTC/PPC, hacker sites are prohibited.
